HOW IT WORKS

To make a design that reflects your company, we need a little information about your company: name, type of business, target market and any colour preferences/styles.
As the site follows the structure/style/colours of your logo, this is the first place to start. Email us your Logo, some or all copy (text) to enter and photos.

1. We make several design layouts and load them on a secret spot on the Internet for you to choose from, you may then request changes to the design of your choice.
2. The remaining pages are laid out and loaded, so you may verify/suggest changes.
3. Your full site is posted on the secret spot, so you may verify the final to request changes before we load your site public.

Each custom page includes pretty much what you might need - see What's included: Image resizing, optimization. Frames, backgrounds, Java rollovers, insertion of movies or sounds, Form-Mail, links etc. You may add pages as you like, when you like.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

* Each page includes as needed: Resizing, optimizing and sharpening images for web, frames, backgrounds, Java rollovers, insertion of movie or sound, Form-Mail, links etc.

* An animated GIF logo is free with an 8 page Website and loops 3 to 6 times (otherwise, it becomes distracting to the viewer).

* Depending on how big the photos need to be, we can add up to 10 photos per page. After that, the page starts to be too heavy for slow-modems.

* A page can be three a four screen sizes long (people do not tend to scroll down more).

* We test your site access platforms and browsers.

* Copy writing: Our Associate is an excellent PR writer. Should you be in need of her services, we will be happy to send you a quote.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)

Value Design helps large and small companies achieve first page placement on the major search engines and directories. We specialize in search engine optimization, web site submissions and monthly search engine monitoring.

SEO is a highly specialized field, to do it well AND get results takes time. One can do little to making it a full time job. Therefore we offer SEO according to your budget.

Option 1: META TAGS: research for the optimal keywords and registering your site with all major search engines and directories that do not charge a fee. Yahoo registration is included (a lengthy one) for non-commercial sites. Yahoo charges a fee for business sites see Third party pricing.

* Top placement: means your site shows up in the first result page, we cannot guarantee this, since it depends on your competition and how many sponsor their site (paying search engines a monthly fee, from $ 350/month to $1,000/month). However, we manage to get top 3 placements for all sites SEO’ed, without the extra costs. One client receives 4,000 hits a week!

* Some SE charge variable fees for registering a business site. See Third party pricing.

Image manipulation: e.g. taking out backgrounds, restoring old photographs, taking out and replacing people or object.

Text: typing, updating site, research.

Basic Video Editing, transferring digital to analogue etc.

Web Design: 1/3 Deposit to commence work - 1/3 at corrections - 1/3 at completion.
Logos and other small jobs: :1/2 Deposit to commence work and 1/2 at completion.

Second party fees are Payable at time of deposit.

Methods of payment: We accept Checks, money orders, PayPall and direct deposits.

For print materials and if your business is in Canada 7% GST and 8% PST is added.
